Carefully remove the product from the box and wipe down the unit and bowl with a non-abrasive cloth or

sponge before use. To aach the Extractor Head, push down onto the stem and align the grooves to t over the

pegs on the stem.

CAUTION: Failure to fully secure the Extractor Head may result in injury. To aach the bowl, carefully push it

down and turn counterclockwise unl it locks into place. Then aach the rim to the bowl by snapping it in

place.

HOW TO OPERATE

1. Find a stable surface near an electrical outlet before starng. Keep the cord away from any water

source. An extension cord may be used if necessary.

2. Ensure the unit is in the OFF posion, then plug it into an electrical outlet.

3. Verify that the Extractor Head is securely in place.

CAUTION: DO NOT add sugar or operate the unit without the Extractor Head in place.

4. Turn the unit to the ON posion; the Extractor Head will begin to spin. Allow the unit to heat for 2-3

minutes before adding sugar.

5. Aer heang for 2-3 minutes, turn the unit OFF.

6. Add one scoop of avored sugar to the Extractor Head.

CAUTION: Do not overll the Extractor Head, as this may clog the unit or cause sugar to y from the Extractor

Head.

7. Switch the unit back to the ON posion.

8. When the coon candy web begins, hold the cone horizontally over the Extractor Head to collect the

coon candy. Rotate the cone with your ngers and move it side to side above the bowl to collect all

the coon candy.

CAUTION: Make sure the coon candy webbing does not fall into the heang element, as sugar is ammable.

Turn the unit o and allow it to cool before removing fallen sugars from the heang element.

CAUTION: The Extractor Head rotates at high speeds. Always keep jewelry, long hair, hands, and face at a safe

distance from the machine while in use to avoid injury.

9. Repeat the above steps to make more coon candy. Ensure the Extractor Head is empty before adding

another measure of sugar.

HELPFUL TIPS

If your unit is producing very lile coon candy, the Extractor Head may be clogged with sugar. In this case, turn

o the unit and wait for the Extractor Head to stop spinning. Then use a wooden spoon to tap the Extractor

Head to help loosen the sugar. Also, ensure you are using the correct sugar for the unit, as some commercial

ossing sugars may not be compable.
