To switch off the Timer:

• select the desired cooking zone.

• set the Timer to , using (4a)

Note: the function remains active if no other key is pressed

in the meantime.

● Egg Timer

The Egg Timer function is a countdown independent of the

cooking zones (and the extraction zone). The Egg Timer is

activated by simultaneously pressing (4a) and

(4b)

Note: to regulate the Egg Timer function, follow the same

procedure as for the Timer function.

When the timer has completed the countdown a beep

sounds (for 2 minutes, or stops by pressing (4a), while

the display (13) flashes.

Note: the symbol (12) appears when the Egg Timer is

in use.

● Power Limitation:

Using the Power Limitation function, it is possible to limit

the product’s power consumption (kW) during its operation.

Note: the setting must be made with the hob switched off

when it is first connected to the mains, or when the mains

power itself is restored, within 2 minutes, without pressing

the key .

To set the Power Limitation:

• touch and hold the keys (2) + (3) until you hear a

short beep

• simultaneously slide your fingers on the selection bars

(6) CL and EL, from left to right all the way to the end of the

selection bars and hold down until you hear a short beep.

• the Timer display (13) shows the symbols

indicating that the setting can be made.

• the display (8) of the CL zone shows the current setting:

7.2 KW (default setting)

4.5 KW

• to change the Power Limitation settings, scroll the

selection bar (6) CL

from left to right to increase the Kw; from right to left to

decrease the Kw

• to save the selection, press the keys (2) + (3) , for

1 second; a beep will sound to confirm the setting.

● Child Lock

The Child Lock makes it possible to prevent children from

accidentally accessing the cooking zone and extraction

zone, preventing the activation of any functions.

The Child Lock can only be activated when the product is

on, but with the cooking zone off.

Activation:

- simultaneously press and hold (2) and (3): an

acoustic signal will indicate that the function is active and a

will be shown in the displays.

Repeat the operation to deactivate.

● Pause

The Pause function allows active functions on the hob to be

suspended, bringing the cooking power to zero.

Activation:

• press (3); the display will show the symbol

To deactivate the function:

• press (3), within the next 10 seconds swipe right with

your finger on the Selection bar (6 - CL); If the operation is

not completed within this time, the pause function remains

active.

Note: this operation restores the hob conditions prior to the

pause.

Note: if after 10 minutes, the Pause Function is not

deactivated, the hob will turn off automatically.

● Recall

The Recall function allows the hob settings to be recovered

in the case of accidental shut-down.

Activation:

• switch the hob back on on/off (1) within 6 seconds

after shut-down.

• press (3) within the next 6 seconds.

● Automatic Heat UP

The Automatic Heat UP function allows the set power to be

reached more quickly; with this function it is possible to

cook food faster without the risk of burning it, insofar as the

temperature does not exceed the set level. This function is

available for power levels from 1 to 8.

Activation:

• press and hold the desired power level on the Selection

bar (6).


